How to buy
Welcome to make a purchase at Volvo Trucks Store. All countries within EU (with addition to Norway and Swizerland) are able to place an order in Volvo Trucks Store. Unfortunately we cannot ship merchandise to customers outside the EU. Please visit your local dealer or contact Volvo Trucks brand department.
Please follow below steps to succesfully place an order.
- Simply add your preferred items to your basket. Go to the basket to check your order and to make any adjustments.
- Proceed to check-out and fill in your contact- and delivery information.
- Finally, place your order and continue to the payment section, which is secured by DIBS.
- Once you have placed your order, you will receive a receipt on the website and a confirmation via e-mail.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. When placing your order for the first time, you will automatically receive an e-mail with your password. Your e-mail will be your username.
You can use your login credentials to view order history, settings and any items saved under "My Wishlist".
The prices in the web shop are including Swedish VAT (tax) but do not include any delivery costs. Delivery Costs including VAT is added in checkout.
Volvo Trucks Store card payments are made secure by use of a trusted payment service provider (DIBS) and 3D secure technology (for applicable credit cards).
We accept payments with the following credit cards and verification programs.
When you place an order with us, the order amount is reserved on your credit card. We will only collect the credit once the shipment has left our warehouse and is on its way to you.
The payment solution only stores a reference to the transaction and does not store any of your personal credit card information.
The transaction text that will appear on your credit card statement is ‘Volvo Merchandise AB’.
